Mix and freeze to your preferred consistency
To prepare, first combine the ice cream powder with sugar and milk to make a smooth, lump-free mixture. Then pour it into the running ice cream maker and freeze until it reaches your preferred consistency. Follow your machine's operating instructions and observe its maximum production capacity.

Pack size and storage
The pack contains 50g ice cream powder, which can be portioned according to the recipe. Store in a cool place below +18°C, dry and protected from sunlight. It is not suitable for use as soft-serve powder in commercial soft-serve machines.

Recipe for freezer bowls with a capacity of 1000 to 1200 ml:
25 g ice cream powder
80 g sugar
360 g milk
Whisk the ice cream powder and sugar into the milk until free of lumps. Switch on the ice cream maker, pour the mixture into the running machine and freeze until the desired consistency is reached. Follow the ice cream maker's operating instructions. Makes approx. 1618 scoops using our ice cream scoop Ø 5.5 cm.
Tip:
Please observe your ice cream maker's maximum production capacity. If the bowl is too full, there is no room for air, which is necessary to give your ice cream a delicate texture.
