Spanish Couverture for Pralines & Baking
Spanish chocolates with the experience of Barry Callebaut
We offer you a selection of the finest Spanish couverture chocolates – including of course the high-quality chocolates from Chocovic. The company was founded in 1872 under the name Chocolates Arumi and has belonged to the Spanish Nederland Group since 1977, which was later renamed Chocovic. Following its acquisition by Barry Callebaut in 2009, Chocovic now combines traditional Spanish chocolate-making with the extensive expertise of one of the world's leading chocolate producers.
The brand runs its own Aula Chocovic chocolate school, where chocolatiers and pâtissiers from around the world deepen their knowledge. This combination of craftsmanship, tradition and modern chocolate expertise makes the Spanish Chocovic chocolates a unique product for demanding creations.
