Make Sweet Dreams Come True with Modelling Chocolate
The chocolate supplied in blocks can be shaped beautifully into elegant ornaments or finely detailed figures. It is also ideal for covering homemade cakes in style. Even cream cakes can be covered successfully because the coating does not become soggy and remains as fresh as when it was created.
For perfect results when modelling or covering, first knead the chocolate paste until smooth and pliable. Adding a little icing sugar prevents it from becoming sticky. The chocolate can then be shaped or rolled out exactly as required. Different colours can of course be combined, producing vibrant results that are sure to delight children on a birthday cake.
Wonderful Flavour Experiences
All colourful varieties have the deliciously delicate flavour of white chocolate. We also offer modelling chocolate with rich dark or creamy milk chocolate flavours. Order your chosen colour and everything else required for modelling from our online shop and enjoy excellent value for money. We will be very happy to answer any questions about our products.
