Pati-Versand is your online supplier of patisserie supplies, confectionery and baking ingredients, and accessories. Our range is aimed primarily at private households, but also at commercial establishments such as cafés, patisseries, bakeries and seminar organisers. In addition, many high-street shops across Germany count among our customers, having included our products in their range.
We offer professional-grade products at fair prices. You will receive high-quality goods that are typically only available to restaurants and bakeries/pastry shops. The package sizes we offer are tailored to typical household quantities. However, commercial customers and food processing businesses can also purchase in bulk.
Our product range is constantly expanding. Every year, we add several hundred new items to our online shop to keep you up to date with the latest trends and options. We place great emphasis on high quality. Many of our products are “Made in Germany.”

Since 2007
Pati-Versand has been selling professional pastry ingredients since 2007. However, demand for high-quality food products and tools for chocolate making and cake decoration grew rapidly, and Pati-Versand built up a loyal customer base. After acquiring commercial space in Herzlake (Emsland) and moving into its first office and warehouse facilities, the company has continued to expand steadily in recent years.
Today, Pati-Versand is the largest supplier of cake, chocolate, and baking ingredients and accessories to private customers in the German-speaking area.
By recycling the packaging materials involved, important resources were conserved and greenhouse gas emissions were reduced. The contribution to climate protection amounts to: 15.678 metric tons of CO2 equivalents

Pati-Versand is certified as an organic company in accordance with Article 29, Paragraph 1 of Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007. Compliance with statutory and private-law standards regarding the production and processing of organic food, as well as its trade and import, is regularly monitored. "The provider has committed to strictly adhering to our consumer and quality criteria based on the principles of DIRECTIVE 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 20, 1997, on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts. In the event of a dispute with consumers, they may request our arbitration ruling, which the online shop provider is obligated to recognize as binding.”
