Organic Couverture for Chocolate Making & Baking
Organic chocolate and couverture to buy – white, milk or dark
Organic couverture has a significantly higher proportion of cocoa butter than conventional eating chocolate and is therefore ideal for coating cakes, bakes and pralines as well as for making creams, fillings and decorative elements. For chocolate to achieve its characteristic shine, it must be precisely tempered – a process that works particularly reliably with high-quality couverture.
In our online shop you will find a selection of organic chocolates and couvertures in easy-to-portion chip form, which makes melting and tempering particularly convenient. Whether white organic chocolate, fine dark couverture or full-bodied milk chocolate varieties: For all types we use exclusively cocoa from certified organic farming, which provides an intense aroma and an unadulterated taste.

Buy Fine Organic Chocolate from Peru – Certified Organic
The cocoa trees that supply the cocoa for our chocolate grow in the Cuzco region, an elongated valley at the foot of the Peruvian Andes. Several families have joined together in a cooperative to organise the cultivation, harvest, fermentation and drying of the fine cocoa. All raw ingredients come from sustainable organic farming and are traded fairly, ensuring that the cocoa growers receive fair and appropriate remuneration. No lecithin or flavour-enhancing aromas are added. The couverture available from us therefore contains only cocoa ingredients, whole milk powder and cane sugar and impresses with its natural flavour.
Tips for Tempering Couverture Correctly
If couverture is not tempered correctly, it may develop a grey bloom or fail to set properly.
