Variegato Amarena ice cream paste 250g
Swirled Amarena Ice Cream.
The fruity sour cherry flavor of the Amarena ice cream paste is perfectly combined with the White Cream Ice Cream Powder. Variegato is a technique for mixing an ice cream paste into ice cream; this is also called swirling. Your guests will be amazed when you present your homemade ice cream, just like from an ice cream parlor.

Store in a cool, dry place below +18°C, away from sunlight.
Caution:
The ice cream paste contains pieces, so do not add it directly to the ice cream maker. Stir it in only after freezing.
Recipe for a 1000 to 1200 ml freezer container:
25 g White Cream Ice Cream Powder
50 g Sugar
250 g Milk
37.5 g CreamMix all ingredients together with a whisk until smooth. Let stand for 15 minutes. Turn on the ice cream maker, pour the mixture into the running machine, and freeze until the desired consistency is reached. Refer to the ice cream maker's operating instructions.
Now, using a spoon, gently fold in 30-40 g of Variegato Biscotella ice cream paste, swirling it in so that the mixture isn't homogeneous. This will give the ice cream its marbled appearance. Then immediately return it to the freezer!
Makes approximately 12 scoops of ice cream with our 5.5 cm diameter ice cream scoop.
Tip:
Please note the maximum capacity of your ice cream maker. If the container is too full, there won't be enough room for air - which is necessary for your ice cream to have a smooth, creamy texture.
