Recipe for a 10001200 ml freezer container:
Whisk 25 g ice cream mix with 100 g sugar into 450 g skimmed or whole milk until smooth. Switch on the ice cream maker, pour the ice cream mixture into the running machine, and freeze until the desired consistency is reached. Follow the instructions for operating the ice cream maker.
Makes approx. 1618 scoops using the handy ice cream scoop (Ø 5.5 cm).
Tip:
Please note the maximum capacity of your ice cream maker. If the container is too full, there will be no room for air and this is necessary to ensure your ice cream has a smooth consistency.
Warning: This powder is not suitable for use in commercial soft-serve ice cream machines!
The recipe is specially optimized for preparation in an ice cream maker with a capacity of at least 480ml, e.g. the Ninja Creami.
