With our professional ice cream mix for ice cream makers, you can easily create delicious, creamy ice cream at home. Simply stir in the included Variegato Amarena ice cream paste to create classic Amarena cherry ice cream.

Mix the ice cream powder and 220g of sugar together while dry. Stir in 800ml of whole milk and 100ml of cream. Freeze the mixture according to your ice cream maker's instructions.

Depending on your ice cream maker, this yields up to 1 liter of ice cream.

50g Amarena Cherry Ice Cream Powder
220g Sugar
800ml Whole Milk
100ml Cream
Amarena Ice Cream Paste (to taste).
