Whisk 25 g of ice cream powder and 100 g of sugar into 450 g of skimmed or whole milk until smooth and lump-free. Switch on the ice cream maker, pour the mixture into the running machine, and freeze until the desired consistency is reached. Follow the operating instructions for your ice cream maker.
Yields approx. 1618 scoops using the handy 5.5 cm diameter ice cream scoop.
Tip:
Please observe the maximum capacity of your ice cream maker. If the container is too full, there is no room for airand air is essential for achieving a smooth, creamy consistency.
Note: This powder is not suitable for use as soft-serve mix in commercial soft-serve machines!
