Banana Ice Cream Powder 50g
Mild banana flavour for your own ice cream parlour at home.
With this banana ice cream mix, you can make a milk-based ice cream with the intense flavour of sun-ripened bananas. How you present your ice cream whether with little umbrellas or ice cream cones is entirely up to your imagination. The mix is designed for creamy scooped or soft-serve ice cream made in domestic ice cream makers.
Contents: 50 g ice cream mix
Recipe for a 10001200 ml freezer container:
Whisk 25 g of ice cream mix and 100 g of sugar into 450 g of skimmed or whole milk until smooth. Switch on the ice cream maker, pour the mixture into the running machine and freeze until the desired consistency is reached. Follow the instructions for using the ice cream maker.
Makes approx. 1618 scoops using the handy ice cream scoop (Ø 5.5 cm).
Tip:
Please note the maximum capacity of your ice cream maker. If the container is too full, there will be no room for air and this is necessary to ensure your ice cream has a smooth consistency.
Please note: This powder is not suitable for use in commercial soft-serve ice cream machines!
The recipe is specially optimized for preparation in an ice cream maker with a capacity of at least 480ml, e.g. the Ninja Creami.
