How do I use Mango praline filling?
Our Mango truffle filling is ready to use immediately. The best way to temper the summery, fruity filling is to use a classic water bath or your tempering device to 20-25 °C, and then use a piping bag with a fine nozzle to pipe praline pearls made of white chocolate. If you wish, you can further refine the mango-flavored praline filling, for example with delicious fruit pastes or a crispy crunch. Try it out and create your own favorite pralines with our mango praline filling or use it as a heavenly filling for tarts, sandwich cookies, cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and petit fours.
