How do I use pistachio praline filling?
Our pistachio truffle filling is ready to use immediately. It is best to temper the nutty filling in a classic water bath or in your tempering device to 20-25 °C, and then pipe it into hollow praline bodies made of dark, milk or white chocolate in a piping bag with a fine nozzle. If desired, the praline filling with pistachio flavor can be further refined, for example with delicious flavor pastes or an adventurous crunch. Try it out and create your own favorite pralines with our pistachio praline filling or use it as a delicious filling for gateaux, sandwich cookies, cakes, cupcakes, cake pops as well as petit fours or desserts.
Make your own Belgian-style pralines
To make your own Belgian-style pralines with our delicious pistachio praline filling, mix the pistachio filling with about 15% good butter and stir the mixture until fluffy.
