Hollow chocolate spheres white 63 pieces

One sheet contains 63 hollow spheres made from white chocolate with 22% whole milk powder. They are ideal for making your own chocolates at home. The sheet holds the shells securely while they are filled.
Each hollow sphere has a diameter of 25.5mm and weighs 2.7g. The shells are made in Germany and are gluten-free.
Easy, drip-free filling
Fill the shells with homemade ganache, jelly, nougat or cream. Place the liquid filling in a piping bag fitted with a small round nozzle and pipe it directly into each opening. Once the filling has set, seal and decorate the chocolates as desired.
The finished chocolates are perfect for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, celebrations or as a personal thank-you gift.
Note: The sealing plate for 25.5mm hollow spheres does not fit these hollow spheres.
