Hollow chocolate spheres milk 63 pieces

One sheet contains 63 hollow spheres made from milk chocolate with at least 35% cocoa. The shells have a creamy milk-chocolate flavour, measure approximately 25mm in diameter and weigh 2.7g each when empty.
How to fill the chocolate shells
Use the sheet as a holder and fill the shells with ganache, cream or jelly. If the filling has been heated, allow it to cool to no more than 25°C so that the chocolate does not melt. Pipe the filling into each shell, leaving 12mm below the rim, then seal the openings with tempered milk couverture.
The finished truffles and chocolates are ideal for birthdays, weddings, Christmas, serving with coffee or tea, or giving as a homemade gift.
The hollow spheres are made in Germany. Their ingredients are gluten-free and suitable for people with coeliac disease.
Note: The sealing plate for 25.5mm hollow spheres does not fit these hollow spheres.
