How do you use Latte Macchiato praline filling?
Our Latte Macchiato truffle filling is ready to use immediately. It is best to temper the milk coffee filling in a classic water bath or in your tempering device to 20-25 °C, and then pipe it into hollow praline bodies in cup design in a piping bag with a fine nozzle. If desired, the Latte Macchiato flavor praline filling can be further refined, for example with additional alcohol, fruit pastes or a delightful crunch. Try it out and create your own favorite pralines with our latte praline filling or use it as a light filling for tarts, sandwich cookies, cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and petit fours.
