How do I use Irish Coffee Cream praline filling?
Our Irish Coffee Cream truffle filling is ready to use immediately. It is best to temper the percentage filling in a classic water bath or in your tempering device to 20-25 °C, and then pipe it into praline balls made of dark chocolate in a piping bag with a fine nozzle. If desired, the praline filling with Irish Coffee Cream flavor can be further refined, for example with a touch of high-quality Callebaut cocoa powder, sifted onto the not yet hardened chocolate of the praline. It perfectly underlines the sophisticated taste of Irish whiskey. Try it out and create your own favorite pralines with our Irish Coffee praline filling or use it as an extravagant filling for gateaux, sandwich cookies, cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and petit fours.

To make your own Belgian-style pralines with our delicious Irish Coffee Cream praline filling, mix the Irish Coffee filling with about 15% good butter and stir the mixture until fluffy.
