How do I use dark chocolate praline filling?
Our dark chocolate truffle filling is ready to use immediately. It is best to temper the chocolate filling in a classic water bath or in your tempering device to 20-25 °C, and then pipe it into dark chocolate pralines using a piping bag with a fine nozzle. If desired, the praline filling with dark chocolate flavor can be further refined, for example with additional alcohol, with fine fruit pastes or an exciting crunch. Try it out and create your own favorite pralines with our dark chocolate praline filling or use it as a chocolatey filling for gateaux, sandwich cookies, cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and petit fours.
Make your own Belgian-style pralines
To make your own Belgian-style pralines with our delicious dark chocolate praline filling, mix the dark chocolate filling with around 15% good butter and stir the mixture until fluffy, as desired.
