The mix already includes the necessary yeast, making preparation incredibly simple. Preparation: Pizza Buns
Additionally you need: 320ml water, 6g olive oil, grating cheese, filling as desired
Place all the flour and the yeast into a bowl and mix everything together. Add 320ml of water (approx. 24°C). Knead the mixture in a food processor, starting slowly for 5 minutes and then at a faster pace for 8 minutes (add the oil after 6 minutes). Fold in the grating cheese and the filling as desired. Then divide the dough into 1520 pieces of 5060g each and shape into buns. Bake the pizza buns in the air fryer at 180°C for approx. 1015 minutes.
