Florentine mix 300g
The powder tastes of honey and caramel. Mix the powder with nuts, almonds and/or fruits. The mix is bakeable.
Basic recipe:
Mix
150g Florentine mix with
150g shaved almonds. Regarding bee sting cake: sprinkle the mix on the pre-cooked yeast dough. Concerning Florentine: sprinkle the mix on a baking tray and bake it at 200°C until it becomes golden yellow.
