Preparing Airfryer Apple Crumble
Ingredients for approx. 12 servings
450g baking mix
150g glaze mix
160g soft butter (room temperature)*
800g tart apples*
Juice of one lemon*
*You will need to provide these items yourself
Peel the apples, cut them into small cubes, and drizzle with lemon juice. Then, mix with the glaze mix, transfer to small greased baking dishes or ramekins, and let rest for 5 minutes.
Knead the baking mix with the soft butter. Distribute the crumble mixture over the apples. Place the dishes in the air fryer and bake at 180°C for approx. 15 minutes, then allow to cool slightly.
Tip: You can also prepare half the recipe using an oven-safe baking dish (approx. 20 x 13 cm).
