You will receive 180g of cookie mix for the muffins and 225g of cream mix.
Preparing Airfryer Cheesecake Muffins
Ingredients for approx. 18 muffins
For the base:
180g cookie mix
80g melted butter*
20g sugar*
For the cream filling:
225g cream mix
750g cream cheese*
200g heavy cream*
200g whole egg (approx. 4 medium eggs)*

Mix the cookie mix with the melted butter and sugar. Distribute the mixture into small molds and press down flat. Place the molds in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
For the cream filling, pour the heavy cream into a bowl, sprinkle in the powder, and stir briefly. Add the cream cheese and eggs, then mix on the lowest speed for approx. 2 minutes. Spread the mixture over the chilled cookie base. Bake the cheesecake muffins in the airfryer at approx. 160°C for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature afterwards, then place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Tip:
The cheesecake muffins must be baked in sturdy, oven-safe cupcake cups (e.g., item no. 11818). Cheesecake muffins taste especially delicious served with dessert sauce and fresh fruit.
