Vegan Thickener and Gelling Agent
Xanthan gum is used as a thickener and gelling agent in various products. Our 200 mesh xanthan gum is particularly fine and ideal for making ice cream, sauces, fruit juices, and creams. The higher the mesh size, the finer the grain. This makes this fine xanthan gum easier to mix into food and simplifies the production of ice cream, smooth sauces, or fine creams. This results in an improved consistency of the final product.
Our xanthan gum is also suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.
