Sweet snow 250g
Sweet snow, also known as decorating sugar, is ideal for dusting cakes and pastries. Unlike icing sugar, it does not melt on moist or high-fat baked goods and remains visible as an even white finish.
The fine powder is made from dextrose. A very thin, neutral-tasting coating of palm fat protects the sugar crystals from moisture, so they dissolve only in the mouth and produce a slight cooling sensation.
Use it on doughnuts, stollen, cream cakes and other pastries, or apply it through a stencil to create decorative patterns. The 250g pack is suitable for numerous cakes and baked goods.
