Make easy and fast delicious lebkuchen respectively gingerbread. You only have to add water and honey. Prepare the dough as described. Afterwards leave the dough for 4 hours minimum (room temperature) . You will achieve even better baking results while leaving the dough for 24 hours (minimum). Afterwards knead the dough once again and roll it out thinly (3mm maximum). Cut the dough at your will. In order to make lebkuchen/gingerbread shine, thinly spread the surface with water before baking. Baking time approx. 10-15min, 190-200°C.

Basic recipe:
300g lebkuchen mix
90g honey
50ml water

Heat honey with water to approx. 45°C (honey crystals must be dissolved). Knead the mix togehter with 200g lebkuchen mix to a smooth dough. Afterwards add the remaining 100g lebkuchen mix and knead it for approx.4min until it is suitable for rolling it out.

Included in delivery: 300g lebkuchen mix; not included: decoration.

Zutaten: WHEAT FLOUR (CONTAINS GLUTEN), RYE FLOUR (CONTAINS GLUTEN), sugar, brown sugar, spices, raising agent: ammonium carbonate und potassium carbonate. May contain traces of nuts, milk, soy components as well as egg contents.
