(Package contents: 400g baking mix)
You will also need: 130g egg white (approx. 4 eggs Gr. M)
Separate the eggs, put the baking mix and the egg whites in a bowl and mix with an electric hand mixer or in a food processor at medium speed until combined.
Using a piping bag with star tip (15mm), pipe the coconut mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper or spread with 2 teaspoons. Preheat the oven to 170°C top/bottom heat. Bake the macaroons for approx. 17 minutes, then leave to cool.
