Spritz biscuit is a must at Christmas time. With our baking mix, you can make the finest shortbread in no time at all. The enclosed chocolate glaze completes your biscuits. With this baking mix, you can make 2 trays of delicious biscuits.

Preparation: Shortbread
(Package contents: 500g baking mix, 75g cocoa-based icing)
You will also need: 250g soft butter, 100g whole egg (approx. 2 eggs size M)

Place the butter and eggs in a bowl and mix until smooth using an electric hand mixer or food processor. Add the cake mix on medium speed and stir to combine. Place the mixture in a piping bag fitted with a decorating nozzle and pipe various designs onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 15 minutes, then leave to cool.

Place the bag with the icing in boiling hot water for approx. 10 minutes. Then cut open the bag and pour the glaze into a bowl. Let it cool a little while stirring and dip the biscuits in it.

Baking mix: WHEAT FLOUR , starch (e.g. WHEAT), sugar, baking powder (acid diphosphates, raising agent sodium bicarbonate), salt, flavouring.

May contain traces of NUTS, SOY, MILK and EGG. Glaze: sugar, vegetable fats (palm, cocos, shea), fat reduced cocoa powder (20%), LACTOSE, emulsifier lecithins.

May contain traces of NUTS and MILK PROTEIN.

Super Kekse. Ich habe die Masse mit einer dicken Tülle ( 2 cm) mit guten Abstand auf das Backpapier gespritzt.Das Ergebnis ist wie Bärentatzen. Super im Geschmack und sehr mürbe. Die waren gestern der Renner beim Kaffeeklatsch.
