The dekofee silicone working mat has a glass fibre core, the same material is used worldwide in professional restaurants and patisserie. The handy size (38cm x 30cm) makes it ideal for small works in the cake art, such as modeling figures or creating decorations. The silicone mat can also be used in the oven as a backing mat (up to 250 degrees Celsius).
The food-grade mat has a high non-stick effect and is very easy to clean - simply wipe off with a damp cloth.
