High-quality mat for making Macaron halves. The Macaron mass should be put centered on the 35 hollows. Because of the distinctive edge the Macaron shells have the same size and can be assembled later perfectly. Due to the excellent non-stick effect, the shells do not stick.

Please note that this mould is a quality product of Cake-Masters.The mats are always absolutely flat. Even on a baking rack the mat does not bend.
