Make filled chocolates with one sheet of 63 spheres made from white chocolate. Each sphere measures 25.5mm in diameter, weighs 2.7g and is made in Germany. The white chocolate contains 22% whole milk powder and is gluten-free.
Pipe ganache, jelly, nougat or cream through the opening. A compatible 25.5mm sealing plate helps fill and close the shells cleanly. Once sealed, coat or decorate the chocolates and allow them to set before serving or gifting.
