When selecting our products, we naturally consider more than exceptional flavour: the origin and production of each component also play a decisive role in quality. The cocoa used in our couverture comes from the Cuzco region of Peru. Several families there have formed a cooperative that organises the harvesting, fermentation and drying of the fine cocoa. This gives you premium couverture made exclusively from fairly traded raw ingredients grown using sustainable organic methods. No flavour-enhancing aromas or lecithin are added, allowing you to enjoy the completely natural taste.
