Isomalt is extracted from beet sugar.The taste is pleasantly sweet, natural flavour. In order to produce decorations with isomalt you do not need any other additives. Isomalt can be handled colder than sugar. Isomalt decorations are not hygroscopic; they do not crysallise and you can heat them again by the help of an infrared lamp.
