Recipe for Freezer Bowls with 1000 to 1200 ml Capacity:
Whisk 25 g of ice cream powder together with 100 g of sugar into 450 g of skimmed or whole milk until completely lump-free. Switch on the ice cream maker, pour the mixture into the running machine, and freeze until the desired consistency is reached. Please refer to your ice cream maker's operating instructions.
Yields approx. 1618 scoops using the handy Stainless Steel Ice Cream Scoop (Ø 5.5 cm).
