Recipe for freezer bowls with a capacity of 1000 to 1200 ml:
Whisk 50 g of ice cream powder together with 200230 g of sugar into 900 ml of wateror 800 ml of water and 100 ml of cream (30% fat content, at room temperature)until completely lump-free. Switch on the ice cream maker, pour the mixture into the running machine, and freeze until the desired consistency is reached. Please refer to your ice cream maker's operating instructions.
Yields approx. 1618 scoops using our practical stainless steel ice cream scoop (Ø 5.5 cm).
Tip:
Please observe the maximum batch capacity of your ice cream maker. If the container is overfilled, there will be no room for airand air is essential for giving your ice cream a light, delicate texture.
Note: This powder is not suitable for use as a soft-serve mix in commercial soft-serve machines!
Tip: This recipe works perfectly in the Ninja Creami ice cream maker using the Ice Cream mode.
