Recipe for freezer containers with a capacity of 1000 to 1200ml:
Mix 150g of ice cream powder into 350ml of milk using a whisk until smooth. Turn on the ice cream maker and pour the mixture into the running machine. Freeze until the desired consistency is reached.
Tip:
Please note the maximum fill level of your ice cream maker. If the container is too full, not enough air can be incorporated, and the creamy consistency will be compromised.
Caution: Not suitable for soft serve ice cream machines.
