Rum-soaked raisins are versatile and add a special touch to many baked goods and desserts.
They are a popular ingredient in Christmas stollen, strudels, braided yeast breads, and panettone. They also go perfectly with desserts like vanilla ice cream, pudding, or Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancakes).
You can also use our rum-soaked raisins for fillings. Refine apple or pear fillings with this product, for example, in baked apples.
The high-quality raisins are soaked in 40% rum. The total alcohol content is approximately 17%.
