Prepare green macaron shells quickly and easily with this mix. This mix makes approx. 46 macaron shells.
Directions:
Combine the macaron mix with 70g egg white in a mixing bowl. Beat with a hand mixer or food processor for 34 minutes. Pipe the mixture onto a baking mat and leave to rest for 1 hour. Bake for 18 minutes at 130°C fan or 140°C conventional. Allow to cool, then carefully remove the macaron shells.
