Baking mix for brownies - gluten-free. It contents:
360g baking mix
60g chocolate chunks
Make juicy brownies with chocolate chunks.
Additionally you need: 175g soft butter, 100g egg (about 2 eggs size M), 100ml milk
Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Put the baking mix together with eggs, butter and milk in a bowl. Mix everything with a hand-held mixer or a stand mixer briefly on the lowest level with a whisk, then beat for about 2 minutes on the highest level. Add about 40g of the enclosed chocolate chunks. Then put the dough in a baking dish of approx. 25 x 15cm or a baking frame, smooth it and sprinkle it with the remaining chocolate chunks. Bake the brownies for approx. 25 minutes.
