Sponge Cake mix, suitable for making sponge bases and sponge roulades fast and safe.

Preheat the oven to 175°C top/bottom heat. Pour the baking mix into a bowl and add 360g eggs (sponge cake) / 410g eggs (biscuit roulades). Whisk all ingredients with a hand-held mixer or stand mixer for about 8-10 minutes at the highest level. Bake biscuit cake approx 35-40 minutes. Roulades need approx 8-10 minutes.
