Spray-dried whole milk powder
Is particularly suitable as an ingredient where water should not be used unnecessarily. The product has a rounded, full-bodied taste without becoming more liquid. Pastries become more tender and stay fresh longer. Also suitable for praline fillings, sauces etc.
To make normal whole milk, simply mix 125g whole milk powder with 1000ml water. Practical for on the go.
