This high-quality 1kg marzipan contains 32% almonds and is already blended with sugar and kneaded, making it ready to use. It is ideal for covering cakes, cutting out decorations and modelling figures for cakes and cupcakes.
Compared with raw marzipan, this prepared marzipan is smoother and less sticky, so it is easier to roll, shape and work. It remains moist and pliable and keeps fresh for a long time.
How to use
Remove the required amount from the pack, knead it briefly and use it as desired. Roll it out to cover cakes, cut out decorations with cutters or shape it into figures. It can also be coloured with food colouring; knead in a small amount until the colour is evenly distributed.
The marzipan is made in Germany and is gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian and vegan.
