The regulations concerning return shipping costs in the event of a withdrawal (as outlined in our statutory consumer information regarding the right of withdrawal) apply here; furthermore, the specific provisions of our General Terms and Conditions shall only apply to the arbitration proceedings insofar as they do not place you at a disadvantage compared to a statutory regulation that would be more favorable to you.
