Regarding couverture:
Spread the couverture on the Sheet or cut the Sheet into pieces and put them on chocolate covered pralines. Strip the Sheet off when the couverture got hard. Create unique structures.
Regarding cakes and creams:
Insert cakes or desserts inverted in the Sheet. Strip the Sheet off after freezing. The decorations are now transferred to the cake or dessert.
The Sheet is reusable.
