Decorating with Granulated Sugar
Use granulated sugar to decorate your baked goods. Its coarse texture and sweet flavor are perfect for cookies, braided bread, cinnamon rolls, crumb cakes, and other crispy baked goods.
On dry surfaces, the granulated sugar remains largely stable during baking. On jams and other moister surfaces, it forms a crispy crust.
Example of use:Brush the baked goods with whole egg and sprinkle the granulated sugar over them. Then bake according to the recipe.
