Baking mix for sweet and colorful confetti cookies. You get 450g baking mix, 150g glaze mix and 80g colored sugar sprinkles. This makes baking fun for young and old.

Package contents: 450g baking mix, 150g glaze mix, 80g coloured sugar sprinkles
Additionally you need: 175g soft butter, 50g whole egg (about 1 egg size M), 25ml water for the glaze (depending on the desired consistency), some flour for rolling out
Put the baking mix with butter and egg in a bowl. Knead everything with a hand-held mixer or a stand mixer to a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours. After the dough has cooled, knead again briefly. Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured work surface to cut out the desired motifs. Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat. Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for approx. 10 minutes until golden brown, then allow to cool.
Whip half of the glaze mix with the water using a hand-held mixer or a stand mixer for approx. 3 minutes, add the remaining powder and whip for a further 3 minutes. Spread the glaze onto the cooled biscuits with a knife and decorate with coloured sugar sprinkles.
