Edgy is THE tool for modern, sharp-edged design or trendy cream cakes. With the wide, ergonomic handle you always hold Edgy SAFELY in the desired position. The versatile tool is suitable for ganache as well as for almost all cake creams.
Edgy can be variably adjusted to the desired dimensions with 2 solid screws. And this for both the height and the depth!
You can obtain a coating depth of up to 15 cm - this corresponds to a cake diameter of up to 30 cm. The maximum height is 11.5 cm.
Edgy was developed in close cooperation with Claudia Lühmann from Ofenkieker.de.
