The dekofee working mat is a glass fibre silicone mat, the same material which is also used worldwide in professional restaurants and patisserie. The extra depth of 50cm makes it ideal for a wide range of cake applications, such as rolling out sugar paste, marzipan and blossom paste as well as a working surface when using Isomalt.
The food-grade mat has a high non-stick effect and is very easy to clean - just wipe with a damp cloth.
