Oval shaped proofing basket made of Peddigree cane with an embossed ear-of-corn pattern. Soft and loose doughs rise best in the proofing basket without coming apart. Flour or grains and seeds prevent the dough from sticking to the wood, especially in the case of breads with a shot to the top.

The proofing basket is only suitable for proofing and rising the dough, storing or shaping even loaves. Do not use for baking.
