Designed for the professional who wants to reinterpret with style and originality his/her creations, this mould is equipped with a special border that allows to obtain preparations rounded in their entire surface and which, at the same time, makes the unmoulding phase easier. Resistant to temperatures ranging from -60°C (-76°F) to + 230°C (+446°F), MATELASSÉ is suitable for the widest range of preparations, from semifreddos to baked creations.
