FunCakes' rolled fondant has an improved rolling quality and a kneadable texture, which makes it easy to work with. After processing, the fondant hardens.
For a round cake with a diameter of 24/26 cm, you need about 500 grams of fondant to completely cover the cake. For ropes and decorations, you can add 1 full teaspoon of Tylopowder to every 250 grams of fondant and possibly a little liquid. Knead well before use and roll out onto a thin layer of icing sugar.
This product is Halal and Kosher D certified and gluten-free according to NL-090-037.
