FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownie makes it easy to bake rich, fudgy brownies with a deep chocolate flavour. Simply add butter, eggs and water to create a smooth batter that is perfect for brownies, chocolate cakes or muffins.
For extra texture, add chopped nuts, raisins or FunCakes Chocolate Chunks. Ideal for quick baking projects and chocolate lovers.

Preparation: Bring all ingredients to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection 160°C). Mix the blend with butter, eggs and water for 3 minutes on low speed to a thick batter. Fill a lined baking pan and bake. After cooling, optionally add a chocolate glaze.
